Job Description

Interior site supervisor of both residential and commercial projects Interior Finishing work like Wood work, Tile, Painting, False ceiling, Glass, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Alarm , CCTV, Data Voice works etc. Preparing and submission of client invoice and certification for the same. Scrutinizing & certifying the sub-contractor invoice with Joint Measurement records. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly planning and progress reports . Checking plans, Drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation. . Ensuring that all materials used and work performed as per specification. . Managing, Monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by client and architect. . Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners and the general work force involved in the projects. . Communicating with clients and their representatives (Architect, Engineers), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress. .Day to Day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors. .Planning the work and efficient organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadline. . Overseeing quality controls and safety on site. . Preparing reports and required. . Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
