Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Interior Site Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you'll be the on-site leader, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of interior fit-out projects from start to finish. You'll ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and our internal team. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and any delays are promptly addressed. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety regulations, and verify that work meets design specifications and quality standards. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and vendors, providing regular project updates and resolving any on-site issues. Manage project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, material logs, and site meeting minutes. Oversee the delivery and storage of materials, ensuring they are handled correctly and available when needed. Enforce and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all local and company safety regulations. Identify potential problems or conflicts on-site and proactively develop solutions to keep the project on track.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Interior Site Supervisor or a similar role in the interior design or construction industry. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry. A relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture, or interior design is a plus.
