Site Supervisor (Interior Project) Location: Bane, Pune Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project activities to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
- Supervise onsite construction, ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Lead and motivate onsite teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and report progress to management.
- Serve as primary client contact, addressing concerns and maintaining satisfaction.
- Previous experience in interior construction supervision.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
- Diploma or degree in relevant field preferred.
