Role Overview

We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee and streamline production across multiple craft clusters and finishing units -- primarily in Bangalore and Udaipur.

This person will coordinate between design, production, and vendor teams to ensure timely execution, impeccable quality, and adherence to Khenshu's established production systems and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day production across Bangalore, Udaipur, and other vendor locations. Coordinate with local production leads (already placed in Bangalore & Udaipur) to ensure smooth workflow, timely execution, and adherence to timelines. Review and approve vendor costings, timelines, and delivery schedules in coordination with the design and finance teams. Ensure that every project has a structured production plan and that progress is tracked at each stage. Source and onboard new craft vendors, workshops, and material partners aligned with Khenshu's quality and aesthetic standards. Liaise with the legal and finance teams to ensure vendor contracts and documentation are in place. Conduct periodic quality checks (onsite and remote) and ensure feedback is actioned. Maintain overall production schedules, reports, and dashboards for management review.

Requirements

3-4 years of experience in production management, preferably in furniture, interiors, or luxury craft sectors. Strong understanding of materials, processes, and artisan-based production. Excellent coordination, time management, and communication skills. Ability to work across multiple teams, locations, and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project tracking tools. Willingness to travel periodically to craft clusters and vendor sites across India.

Preferred Background

Experience in luxury furniture or interior product manufacturing. Exposure to artisan/vendor management and small-scale production setups. Background in design production, materials management, or operations.

Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
