PreferredRole Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Engineer with an interior design/execution background to manage and supervise interior projects from start to handover. The candidate should have strong site execution experience, coordination ability, and technical knowledge in interior works. Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end site execution for interior projects. Read and interpret architectural drawings, technical layouts, and BOQs. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, and other site teams. Ensure project work is executed as per design, quality standards, and timelines. Monitor daily progress, track materials, and ensure proper site documentation. Resolve on-site issues and provide technical solutions when required. Prepare and update project reports, work schedules, and progress photos. Manage site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards. Coordinate with clients for site updates, approvals, and clarifications. Ensure timely completion and smooth handover of the project.
Requirements:

Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering / Interior Design background preferred. 3+ years of proven experience in interior site execution. Strong knowledge of materials, interior finishes, carpentry, electrical & plumbing basics. Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines. Must be willing to travel to various project sites. Two-wheeler mandatory.
