Key responsibilities

Project management:

Manage and oversee interior construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Site supervision:

Supervise day-to-day site activities, including civil, carpentry, electrical, and painting work, and manage site staff and subcontractors.

Quality control:

Ensure that all work meets design specifications, quality standards, and material quality requirements.

Coordination:

Liaise with architects, designers, and project managers to address site-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed site records, including daily progress reports, material usage logs, and measurements.

Safety and compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, building codes, and site regulations.

Issue resolution:

Identify and troubleshoot any unexpected technical difficulties or problems that arise during construction.
Required skills and qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in managing interior construction projects is essential.

Technical skills:

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, design plans, and specifications. Familiarity with software like AutoCAD is often required.

Management skills:

Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills are crucial for managing projects, resources, and personnel.

Problem-solving:

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and make sound judgments to resolve problems effectively.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders, from clients and designers to contractors and site staff.
