Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Interior Site Engineer

with

2 years of professional experience

in interior fit-out or construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, ensuring high-quality interior work, and coordinating with design and project management teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage interior site activities from initiation to completion. Interpret architectural and interior design drawings and ensure on-site implementation aligns with project plans. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality execution. Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and design standards. Resolve site-related issues and discrepancies in real time. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate effectively with project managers and design teams. Conduct site inspections and ensure proper installation of materials, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and finishes. Maintain documentation of all site activities and changes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or turnkey interior projects. Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Ability to read and interpret design and technical drawings. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
