Job Description

:

The Interior Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site execution activities related to

interior projects

to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. This is a fully in-person, site-based role requiring daily presence at the project location.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day on-site execution activities for interior works Ensure work is carried out as per approved interior drawings, specifications, and quality standards Coordinate with interior contractors, vendors, and site workforce Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control for interior finishes Manage interior materials, fittings, and site inventory efficiently Identify and resolve on-site technical and execution-related interior issues Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols Prepare daily and weekly progress reports Assist in project handover and completion activities

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or a related field

2-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the interior fit-out field only

Ability to read and interpret interior drawings and technical documents Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office Good communication and coordination skills Must be willing to work full-time in-person at interior project sites
