Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Interior Site Engineer to oversee and manage the execution of interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior site engineering, with the ability to ensure high-quality work, adherence to timelines, and effective coordination with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Oversee the execution of interior design projects from start to finish. Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all interior work meets the highest standards of quality. Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of materials and workmanship. Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from project specifications.

Technical Oversight:

Review and interpret design drawings, plans, and specifications. Provide technical guidance to site teams and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.

Resource Management:

Manage the procurement and utilization of materials and resources. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials. Optimize resource allocation to enhance project efficiency.

Client Communication:

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients regarding project progress and any changes. Address client concerns and ensure their requirements are met.

Additional Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management. Conduct site meetings to review progress and resolve any issues. Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates. Mentor and train junior site engineers and site supervisors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in interior site engineering or a similar role. Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction methods, and materials. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
