Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Interior professional who has successfully handled

commercial, retail, restaurant, QSR, or hospitality projects

. The candidate will be responsible for design coordination, project execution, vendor management, and client communication, ensuring timely delivery within quality and budget standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site execution for hospitality, commercial, retail, and QSR projects. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols. Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications, and ensure implementation on-site. Prepare daily progress reports and escalate issues proactively. Monitor workforce, material usage, and site logistics. Support the project manager in scheduling, cost control, and site coordination.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Fit-out, or related field. Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in site execution, specifically in

hospitality, commercial, retail, and QSR projects

. Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-outs, MEP coordination, and finishing works. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
