Job Title: Interior Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Interior Site Engineer to oversee and manage interior construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Management:

- Supervise and manage interior construction teams, including contractors and subcontractors

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and industry standards

- Project Coordination:

- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders

- Ensure effective communication and issue resolution

- Quality and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and regulations

- Implement quality control and safety measures

- Progress Monitoring:

- Monitor and control project progress, including timelines and budgets

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Requirements:

- Education:

- Degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field

- Experience:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior construction projects

- Skills:

- Strong knowledge of interior construction practices and regulations

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
