The Interior Supervisor will oversee and manage interior fit-out and decoration projects, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD for interpreting drawings and coordinating with teams on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all interior works at site, including furniture installation, partitions, flooring, ceilings, and finishes.
Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical plans to ensure accurate execution on-site.
Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
Monitor quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
Maintain daily progress reports, site diaries, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
Resolve on-site issues and provide guidance to junior staff and laborers.
Assist in preparing project schedules, estimates, and resource allocation plans.

Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
Proven experience as an Interior Supervisor or Site Supervisor in interior fit-outs.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred:
Knowledge of 3D design software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit) is a plus.
Experience in luxury or commercial interior projects.
