: Site Engineer - Retail Store Execution

Location: Multiple Zones in Gujarat (Central, South, North, Saurashtra, Kutch)

No. of Positions: 5

Reporting To: Project Manager

Industry: Retail Fit-out / Construction / Interiors

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

? Execute and monitor day-to-day site activities for retail store fit-outs.

? Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely store handover.

? Ensure site work adheres to approved drawings, brand guidelines, quality, and safety standards.

? Track and report project progress, issues, and daily site status.

? Verify materials delivered and ensure proper site stock management.

? Supervise civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and branding installations.

? Conduct final snagging and quality checks before handover.

? Manage local permissions, coordination with mall or property management (if applicable).

Zones & Deployment:

? Central Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Anand, Nadiad) - 1 Engineers

? South Gujarat (Surat, Vapi, Bharuch, Navsari) - 1 Engineers

? North Gujarat (Gandhinagar, Mehsana, Patan, Modasa) - 1 Engineers

? Saurashtra (Rajkot, Jamnagar, Bhavnagar, Junagadh) - 1 Engineers

? Kutch (Bhuj, Gandhidham) - 1 Engineer

Qualifications:

? Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction.

? 2-5 years' experience in site execution of retail, interior, or commercial projects.

? Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel preferred.

? Strong understanding of site coordination, project tracking, and vendor handling.

Other Requirements:

? Must be willing to travel extensively within their zone.

? Own vehicle preferred (travel allowance provided).

? Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
