Key Responsibilities:
Manage vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services.
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, resolve queries, and ensure satisfaction.
Prepare, verify, and update
Bill of Quantities (BOQs)
for projects.
Maintain complete and accurate
project documentation
(drawings, reports, approvals).
Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
2-5 years
of experience in interior site execution and coordination.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, vendor management, and site supervision.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
