Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee civil and interior execution at project sites as per approved drawings and BOQ. Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP teams, and contractors. Inspect and supervise installation of partitions, ceilings, flooring, plumbing, and other civil work. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at all times. Manage site labor and material requirements efficiently. Monitor daily work progress and report to project management. Resolve on-site technical issues in collaboration with the design/engineering team. Conduct site measurements and verification of contractor bills. Ensure timely execution and handover of projects within budget. Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for timely delivery and installation. Verify shop drawings and as-built drawings.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in interior fit-out, construction, or civil projects. Good understanding of civil engineering principles and interior construction detailing. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and reading technical drawings.
