Job Description

Key roles and responsibilities include:

Project Supervision:

Managing daily site operations, including scheduling laborers, subcontractors, and ensuring, for example, that modular installations are done correctly.

Quality Control & Execution:

Reviewing architectural drawings to ensure accuracy, inspecting work for quality, and ensuring the final result matches the design plans.

Material Management:

Sourcing, procuring, and managing site materials, including conducting inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Coordination & Communication:

Liaising between clients, designers, and contractors, along with maintaining site documentation and progress reports.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.

Problem-Solving:

Proactively addressing site issues, such as delays, design clashes, or material shortages, to ensure smooth project progression.

Pay: Up to ?60,000.00 per month
