Site Management

: Coordinate and supervise daily site activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Quality Assurance

: Ensure that all interior construction activities meet the company's quality standards and adhere to project specifications.

Coordination with Stakeholders

: Work closely with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and execution of project plans.

Material Management

: Monitor and manage the supply and usage of materials on site, ensuring optimal inventory and preventing delays.

Compliance and Safety

: Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations, conducting site inspections as necessary.

Software Proficiency

: MS-Office

Key Requirements

Experience

: 1-5 years of experience in interior site engineering or a related field within the residential, industrial, or institutional sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in managing large-scale interior projects Strong leadership and communication skills
