Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in the field of Sales and Building Interior Products like Plywood, Hardware, Furnishing (Curtains/Carpets) , Furniture etc Take end-to-end responsibility for sales at your assigned studio, functioning as an independent entrepreneur within the team. Possess a strong sense of interior design aesthetics to guide clients with the right product choices. Generate 25 qualified invitations/visits to the studio every month through company-provided data, studio references, and personal outreach. Convert a minimum of 15 leads into confirmed projects or orders each month. Coordinate backend activities with the operations team, including order delivery, purchase, sales tracking, and payment follow-ups. Support other studios when required, ensuring seamless customer service across the company.
