To drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The role involves handling end-to-end sales cycles, nurturing client trust, and ensuring customer satisfaction from lead stage to project handover.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Conversion
? Manage and follow up on incoming leads (B2B & B2C).
? Understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
? Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and agreements.
? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
? Handling presales team and achieve the expected number of leads.
2. Client Relationship Management (CRM)
? Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project journey.
? Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication.
? Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
? Gather client feedback and share insights with management for service improvement.
? Ensure the company achieve the 5 star google rating.
3. Coordination with Internal Teams
? Work closely with design, project management, and execution teams to ensure client expectations are met.
? Ensure proper handover of client requirements to respective departments.
? Monitor project progress and update clients at every stage.
4. Reporting & Documentation
? Maintain detailed records of leads, proposals, and conversions in CRM software.
? Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
? Track client payment schedules and support accounts team in collections.
Key Skills Required
? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
? Strong interpersonal skills with customer-centric approach.
? Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
? Knowledge of interiors/real estate industry preferred.
? Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
? Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
? 3-7 years of experience in sales or client relationship management.
? Experience in interiors, real estate, or high-value B2C/B2B sales will be an added advantage.
? Salary: 30 to 50k + Incentives
