Key Responsibilities:
PMS Sales:
Drive sales for
Property Management Services
(property leasing, maintenance, tenant management, etc.).
Identify and acquire new property owners, HNIs, and NRIs for property management solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with builders, brokers, and real estate partners for lead generation.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and pitch Propcare services to potential clients.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets with a focus on premium/luxury residential properties.
Interior Sales:
Promote
Interior Design & Turnkey Solutions
for new homeowners and investors.
Understand client requirements, budget, and timelines to propose customized interior solutions.
Coordinate with in-house design & project teams to create and present design proposals.
Close sales by negotiating commercial terms and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience:
2-6 years in
Real Estate Sales

Property Management Sales
, or
Luxury Interior Solutions Sales
.
Strong network in HNI/NRI segment, builders, and brokers is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven with a passion for sales and relationship management.
Ability to handle end-to-end client engagement - from lead generation to closure.
