? Position Summary We are seeking a result-oriented Sales - Interior Executive with hands-on experience in interior sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, presenting design and execution solutions, and converting prospects into successful interior projects. ?
? Key Responsibilities ? Generate and manage leads for interior design and execution projects ? Meet clients, understand their requirements, and propose suitable interior solutions ? Coordinate with design and estimation teams for proposals, layouts, and costings ? Present designs, BOQs, and project timelines to clients ? Handle negotiations and close deals within defined targets ? Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle ? Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions ? Update CRM, sales trackers, and MIS reports regularly ? Support post-sales coordination until project handover ?
? Required Skills & Qualifications ? 2 - 5 years of experience in interior sales (residential or commercial) ? Strong understanding of interior products, materials, and execution processes ? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills ? Client-focused approach with strong closing ability ? Ability to work with cross-functional teams ? Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools ? Willingness to attend client meetings and site visits ?
