Interior Sales Head

Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage the complete

sales function for interior design projects

(residential & commercial). Drive

revenue growth

through effective lead conversion, channel partners, and referral networks. Build, mentor, and monitor a

high-performing sales team

(sales managers, coordinators, site sales). Develop and execute

sales strategies, pricing models, and monthly/quarterly targets

. Handle

high-value client meetings

, presentations, and negotiations. Coordinate closely with

design, execution, and project teams

to ensure seamless client experience. Track sales pipeline, MIS, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools. Expand market presence across

Delhi NCR

through builders, brokers, architects, and digital leads. Ensure

100% transparency, commitment to timelines, and customer satisfaction

. Represent the brand in exhibitions, networking events, and strategic alliances.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of

interior design sales, BOQs, layouts, and costing

. Excellent

negotiation, communication, and leadership

skills. Proven ability to close

luxury and mid-segment interior projects

. Experience in managing

targets, incentives, and sales operations

. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.

Qualifications



Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred). 6-10+ years of experience in

interior, real estate, or construction sales

. Prior experience as

Sales Head / Senior Sales Manager

is mandatory.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
