Interior Sales Consultant
who can handle client requirements, explain design & pricing, and drive sales closure for interior and modular projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good product knowledge, and the ability to manage customer relationships professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads for interior and modular projects
Understand client requirements and provide suitable design solutions
Explain pricing, material options, and interior packages clearly
Coordinate with the design team for layouts, BOQ, and presentations
Schedule & attend site visits and client meetings
Follow up with leads and drive conversions
Manage CRM and maintain accurate lead records
Build trust-based relationships with clients
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing
Requirements
1-3 years experience in
Interior Sales / Modular Kitchen Sales / Real Estate Sales
Strong communication & presentation skills
Good understanding of interior materials, styles, and design basics
Ability to negotiate and handle client objections
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Comfortable with regular client meetings and site visits
Salary
?25,000 - ?50,000 per month + High Incentives
