Interior Sales Executive
to help us grow our client base and bring exceptional design experiences to more customers.
Role Overview:
As an
Interior Sales Executive
, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting G Cube Studios' design and interior services. You will act as a bridge between clients and the design team, understanding client needs, presenting design proposals, and ensuring a seamless project experience from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales leads in the interior design and fit-out industry.
Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budgets.
Present G Cube Studios' portfolio, design concepts, and service offerings.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals effectively.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on market trends, materials, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent G Cube Studios at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in interior design sales, real estate, or related sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Passion for design, aesthetics, and customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; knowledge of design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
