About the Role:

ODN Winchester is seeking a confident and proactive

Interior Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in client interactions, understanding design needs, preparing estimates, and converting leads into successful projects. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication and sales skills, along with a basic understanding of interior design concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to client inquiries and understand their design requirements. Coordinate with the design and operations teams to prepare design concepts, quotations, and project proposals. Possess basic knowledge of

interior design, material selection, and estimation

. Manage

client follow-ups, updates, and project tracking

. Handle lead conversions through strong communication and sales techniques. Maintain good client relations and ensure a smooth project experience. Provide regular updates to management on client engagement and conversion status.

Requirements:

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Interior Design

or

Architecture

(preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

1-2 years in interior design, client servicing, or sales.

Languages:

Fluent in

English

and

Kannada

. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Strong sales mindset and customer-oriented approach. Must be

comfortable working from office

(no remote work).

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range:

?25,000 - ?35,000 per month (depending on experience)
