Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in the home interior sector. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the home interiors segment. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.

2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Ensure excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.

3. Sales Target Achievement: Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and sales quotas. Track and report on sales performance regularly.

4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product offerings, including furniture, decor, and interior design services, to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

5. Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports and forecasts to provide insights. Utilize data and metrics to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.

6. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer demands in the home interiors sector. Use this information to adjust strategies and offerings accordingly.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and product launches.

8. Budget Management: Manage and allocate the sales department's budget effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

Qualifications:



? Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

? Previous experience in the home interiors industry is preferred.

? Proven experience in team leadership and management.

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

? Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.

? Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

? Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

? A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
