Position Overview



We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Sales Coordinator

to support our

interior project sales team.

The role involves coordinating client requirements, assisting in project documentation, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, sales executives, and design/project teams.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the sales/project team. Assist sales executives in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations. Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to align project deliverables with client expectations. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and sales documentation. Track project progress and update clients on timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Schedule and organize client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups. Support in managing contracts, billing, and payment follow-ups. Prepare regular sales and project status reports for management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?18,000.00 per month
