We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Interior Sales & Marketing Executive to support our interior design and home construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, passion for interiors, and the ability to build relationships with clients while driving sales growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales:
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing activities
Meet prospective clients and understand their interior requirements
Present design concepts, products, and service offerings to clients
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and basic project details
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Marketing:
Support digital and offline marketing campaigns
Participate in promotional events, site visits, and property exhibitions
Coordinate with marketing team for social media updates and promotions
Identify new opportunities and market trends in the interior and home construction industry
Client Coordination:
Schedule site visits, meetings, and follow-up calls
Coordinate with the design and project teams for client requirements
Provide regular updates to clients regarding project status
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of interior design concepts (training can be provided)
Ability to handle client interactions professionally
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp communication, etc.)
