Position : Interior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an

Interior Quantity Surveyor

with strong knowledge of

architectural drawings

and hands-on experience in

2D & 3D design interpretation

. The candidate should be capable of understanding design intent, extracting accurate quantities, and managing costs for interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Study and interpret

architectural drawings (2D & 3D)

for accurate quantity take-offs Prepare

BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analysis

based on architectural and interior drawings Coordinate with architects and designers to clarify drawings and design changes Handle

budgeting, cost control, and cost monitoring

for interior projects Prepare

RA bills, variation statements, and final bills

Assist in basic

2D & 3D design coordination

to support quantity and execution planning Manage

vendor comparisons, material reconciliation, and subcontractor billing

Identify discrepancies between drawings, site conditions, and specifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in

Quantity Surveying / Civil / Architecture / Interior Design

Minimum

3+ years experience

in interior fit-out projects Strong ability to read and understand

architectural & interior drawings

Proficiency in

AutoCAD (2D)

and working knowledge of

SketchUp / Revit / 3D tools

Good knowledge of

interior materials, specifications, and current market rates

Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in

corporate office or commercial interior projects

Ability to coordinate between

design and execution teams

Exposure to contract management and variation handling
