Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with experience in interior, lighting, or site engineering to ensure the highest standards of product and installation quality. The ideal candidate will oversee production and project quality processes, perform inspections, and maintain compliance with company and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quality checks on materials, production, and installation at sites.o Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and project requirements.o Coordinate with the production, project, and design teams to address quality issues.o Inspect lighting and ceiling installations to ensure precision and finish.o Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.o Implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve recurring issues.o Support continuous improvement initiatives for product and process quality.
Requirements:

Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field.o 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance within interior fit-out, lighting manufacturing, or site execution.o Strong understanding of installation standards, material inspection, and site quality protocols.o Good communication and reporting skills.o Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Experience:

Background in stretch ceiling systems, lighting products, or interior projects.o Experience with visual and dimensional inspection methods.
