Job Summary

FURNiGENCE LLP, a leading provider of woodworking engineering solutions, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Interior Projects Sales Executive for their upcoming business division. The role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, coordinating interior project requirements, and ensuring successful closure of sales for modular furniture and interior turnkey projects.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Generate leads and convert prospects for interior and modular furniture projects. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations. Understand client requirements and propose suitable design and product solutions. Prepare and follow up on quotations, BOQs, and project proposals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and corporate clients. Provide timely updates, project status, and support to clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Project Coordination

Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for project execution. Ensure timelines, material requirements, and drawings are properly communicated to internal teams. Attend site meetings and address project-related issues.
Market Research

Identify new market opportunities and competitors' product information. Provide insights to management for strategy improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in Interior/Modular Furniture/Construction Sales. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to understand interior drawings, measurements, and BOQs. Good communication skills in English, Tamil, Kannada (optional). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
