Interior Project Manager

to oversee and execute high-end interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

5 years of proven experience

in managing interior projects, with strong technical knowledge, coordination skills, and an eye for design detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple interior design and fit-out projects simultaneously Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards Prepare and review project documentation including BOQs, schedules, and progress reports Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and contractual obligations Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site issues promptly Manage procurement and logistics for materials and furnishings Deliver projects on time and within budget while exceeding client expectations Must know Autocad software & microsoft office must have bike

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of experience

as a Project Manager in the interior design or construction industry Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills In-depth knowledge of design detailing, project scheduling, and budgeting Proficiency in project management tools and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, SketchUp, etc.) Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
