We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

with a strong background in

civil finishes and interior works

for high-end residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall project monitoring to ensure adherence to:

o Quality standards

o Project timelines (Scheduling)

o Budgeted costs

Coordination with:

o Consultants (Architects, Structural, MEP, etc.)

o Contractors and vendors

Regular reporting and communication with the client regarding project progress

Proactive issue resolution and on-site supervision

Ensure compliance with design intent and technical specifications

Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in project management of high-end residential interiors and civil finishes

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing

Proficiency in

Microsoft Project

(essential)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Salary range: 6lpa to 12lpa

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
