Interior Site Engineer

plays a vital role in the construction and interior design industry. They are responsible for managing and overseeing the construction of interior projects and ensuring that everything runs smoothly from planning through to completion. Below are the key roles and responsibilities typically associated with an Interior Site Engineer:

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects. Prepare project schedule, timelines, work plans, and monitor progress. Coordinate with clients, design team, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor material requirements, delivery timelines, and inventory at site. Handle daily site activities--civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc. Track project budget, BOQ, variations, and control project costs. Conduct regular site meetings and update project status to management. Resolve site issues, conflicts, and technical problems promptly. Ensure safety compliance and maintain site documentation. Handover final project with snag rectification and quality checks.

Skills and Qualities Required:

Strong technical knowledge in interior design, architecture, and construction practices. Good communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and the project team. Problem-solving ability to handle unforeseen issues on-site. Leadership skills to manage teams and motivate workers. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work and accuracy in implementation. Time management to adhere to project schedules.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
