Job Description

Job Summary:

The Interior Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing interior design and fit-out projects from initiation to completion. The role involves managing budgets, schedules, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end management of interior projects (residential, commercial, retail, or corporate). Prepare detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans. Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to align project requirements. Monitor project progress, site execution, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Manage procurement of materials, vendor negotiations, and inventory control. Conduct regular site inspections, resolve on-site issues, and ensure timely project delivery. Prepare and present progress reports, MIS updates, and project documentation. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and health & safety guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering or related field. Proven 4-8 years of experience in interior project management or fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction processes. Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, MS Office, or similar software. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
