Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Interior Project Coordinator

to manage the planning, execution, and delivery of interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in coordinating residential, commercial, or industrial interior projects, with the ability to handle multiple tasks including vendor coordination, material planning, client communication, and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day project operations from concept development to final installation. Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans. Monitor site work and ensure alignment with approved designs and specifications. Handle procurement of materials, furnishings, and finishes as per design requirements. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and resolve any issues that arise during execution. Ensure timely delivery and installation of interior elements and supervise handovers. Maintain records of all project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in interior project coordination or project management. Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and fit-out processes. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret interior layouts, technical drawings, and BOQs. Proficiency in MS Office, project tracking tools, and design software (AutoCAD/SketchUp). Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
