Job Summary:

Aruwa Interior is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Interior Project Manager

to oversee and manage end-to-end execution of interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, on-site management experience, and the ability to ensure quality work delivery within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the planning, execution, and completion of interior projects across residential and commercial spaces Coordinate with design teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and adherence to design specifications Ensure materials and resources are available on-site as per project schedule Monitor budgets and project costs, and take corrective measures where necessary Resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally Maintain documentation of project plans, reports, approvals, and change requests Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all project sites Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field Minimum 2 years of proven experience in interior project management Strong understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and construction methods Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus Experience working with premium residential or commercial projects Strong vendor and contractor network
