ROLE SUMMARY
The Interior Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of interior projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with vendors, labour teams, and internal stakeholders while translating design drawings and 3D visuals into well-executed interior spaces.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Execution & Management
Execute interior projects by accurately interpreting design drawings, technical details, and 3D visualizations
Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, resources, and site activities to ensure on-time delivery
Apply Project Management Consultancy (PMC) best practices for premium interior projects
Vendor & Labour Coordination
Coordinate and manage multiple vendors, contractors, and skilled labour teams
Ensure smooth workflow and effective communication between all project stakeholders
Resolve site-level challenges proactively to avoid delays or quality issues
Quality & Supervision
Supervise on-site activities to ensure adherence to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards
Guide and monitor execution teams to maintain high standards of workmanship and finish
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
Customer Focus & Communication
Understand and interpret client requirements to deliver customized furniture and furnishing solutions
Act as a key point of contact for clients during project execution
Ensure clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams
Industry & Brand Contribution
Maintain strong knowledge of home furnishing materials, furniture products, and industry trends
Contribute to brand building by ensuring consistent quality, professionalism, and customer experience
Support initiatives that enhance the organization's reputation in the interior and furnishing market
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong knowledge of interior project execution and PMC methodologies
Good understanding of home furnishing materials, furniture products, and finishes
Ability to interpret drawings, layouts, and 3D designs effectively
Behavioural & Professional Competencies
Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills
Positive attitude with a professional and presentable demeanour

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Minimum
3-6 years
of experience in interior project execution or PMC roles
Experience handling premium residential or commercial interior projects is preferred
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
