Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Interior Project Manager

with 4 to 5 years of experience to lead and manage interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior architecture, project coordination, and vendor/client management, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, or retail as applicable). Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications. Prepare and present project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and handover materials. Handle procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery. Resolve project-related issues and mitigate risks to avoid delays. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Lead or participate in project meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder updates. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. 4-5 years of proven experience in managing interior design or fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of design detailing, project execution, materials, and finishes. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar). Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

Preferred:

PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. Experience in managing high-end or turnkey interior projects.
