Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Interior Project Manager

to oversee and coordinate interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management within the interior design or architecture industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:Project Management:

Lead interior design and fit-out projects from initiation to handover. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate with clients, design teams, contractors, and consultants. Ensure timely completion of projects within scope and budget.

Design Coordination:

Interpret and implement design intent into project execution. Review drawings, materials, and FF&E specifications to ensure compliance with project goals. Work closely with design team to address site-related design modifications.

Site Management:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications. Identify potential issues early and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to safety and building regulations.

Client Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Provide project updates, resolve issues, and manage client expectations. Attend client meetings and prepare progress reports.

Procurement & Vendor Management:

Oversee procurement of materials, finishes, and furniture. Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and vendors. Ensure timely delivery and installation of project components.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. 4-5 years of experience managing interior design or fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of design processes, materials, and construction methods. Proficiency in project management tools and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, Excel). Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
