Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced

Interior Project Manager

to oversee interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, technical, and communication skills to manage project teams, timelines, budgets, and client expectations effectively. The role requires coordination between clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage

interior fit-out projects

across residential, commercial, or retail sectors. Oversee project lifecycle from planning, design coordination, execution, to handover. Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, BOQs, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and contractors. Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and material samples. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with standards. Resolve technical and execution issues promptly to avoid delays. Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and regulatory standards on-site. Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and stakeholders. Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and handover checklists. Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience

in interior project management or site execution. Proven track record of handling multiple interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction methods, and interior materials. Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCAD or project management tools is a plus. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure.

Preferred Skills:

PMP or equivalent project management certification (optional but beneficial). Experience working with high-end residential or commercial interiors. Familiarity with sustainable design and modern interior trends.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
