Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end execution of residential and commercial interior design projects. Coordinate with design teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules. Monitor on-site progress and ensure work adheres to approved drawings and quality standards. Handle site visits, measurements, vendor meetings, and regular progress reporting. Resolve any issues or delays that arise during execution. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with regulations. Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors when required. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, updating them on progress and addressing concerns.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong project management and organizational skills Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with design drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications Team leadership and vendor coordination Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field 4-5 years of relevant experience in interior project management PMP certification (optional but preferred)

Preferred Background:

Experience managing turnkey interior projects Worked with design-build firms or interior contractors Familiarity with luxury residential or commercial interiors is a plus
