Project Planning & Execution:

Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation from concept to completion.

Client & Stakeholder Liaison:

Serve as the main point of contact, understanding client needs and communicating progress to all parties.

Team & Contractor Management:

Supervise design teams, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth workflow and quality output.

Quality & Compliance:

Conduct site visits to monitor quality, ensure adherence to design specs, and verify compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Budget & Schedule Control:

Track expenses, manage costs, and implement strategies to keep projects on schedule.

Procurement:

Oversee the sourcing and purchasing of materials and furnishings.

Reporting:

Prepare regular progress reports and updates for clients and management.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven track record in managing complex interior projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and project management tools.

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership, problem-solving, client management, communication, and time management.
Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.

Experience:

3-10+ years in interior project management or fit-outs.

Certifications:

Relevant industry certifications are often a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
