We are looking for an experienced

Interior Project Manager

to oversee and manage interior design and execution projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute residential/commercial interior projects within timelines and budgets Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications Manage project schedules, material procurement, and work allocations Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project workflow Prepare project reports, documentation, and updates for management and clients
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely project delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

4 years of experience

in interior project management Strong understanding of interior materials, construction processes, and design drawings Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage vendor relations and negotiation
