Job Title: Interior Project Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Interior Project Manager to oversee interior design and construction projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, project management, and team leadership.

Must have 5 to 7 years Experience in the same field

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

2. Design Management: Collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers to ensure design intent is met.

3. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor project team members, including designers, contractors, and vendors.

4. Client Communication: Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

5. Budgeting and Cost Management: Establish and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

6. Site Management: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

7. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure projects meet company standards and client expectations.

8. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing contingency plans as needed.

9. Project Close-out: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
