Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Interior Project Manager

to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project scope, schedule, cost, and quality, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to design standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of interior projects from concept to handover. Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor progress and control costs. Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups. Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and local regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and progress. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track. Manage client communications, report project status, and address any issues proactively. Handle change orders, variations, and vendor negotiations. Prepare project closure documents and ensure smooth handover.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering. Minimum

6-10 years of experience

managing interior fit-out or turnkey projects. Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution standards. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project/Primavera), AutoCAD, and MS Office. Excellent leadership, coordination, and vendor management skills. Strong budgeting, cost control, and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Good communication and client-handling skills.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in commercial, hospitality, or high-end residential interiors. Certification in Project Management (PMP/Prince2) is an added advantage. Knowledge of sustainable/green interior practices.
