Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and deliver

8-10 interior projects simultaneously

within budget, quality, and timeline. Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, BOQs, and progress reports. Monitor on-site execution, ensure quality standards, and resolve site-level challenges. Handle vendor negotiations, material procurement, and resource allocation. Conduct regular site visits and review meetings with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and contractual requirements. Lead and guide project coordinators, site engineers, and support staff.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering. 7-12 years of experience in interior project execution & management. Strong knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera / Excel). Excellent understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques. Ability to multitask and manage multiple sites efficiently. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
