Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Interior Site In-charge to oversee and manage interior construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Management: Supervise daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulations, and industry standards.

- Project Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality on site, ensuring compliance with regulations.

- Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and identify potential risks or issues.

- Conflict Resolution: Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise on site, ensuring minimal disruptions to project timelines.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.

- Experience: Proven experience in interior construction or site management, preferably in a similar role.

- Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and regulations, with excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
