Job Summary:

The Interior Project Head will be responsible for end-to-end management of interior projects, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, budget control, and client satisfaction. The role involves site management, team coordination, vendor handling, and close coordination with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute interior projects from initiation to final handover Oversee daily site operations and monitor project progress Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications Manage contractors, vendors, and site teams effectively Coordinate with clients, consultants, and designers for smooth project flow Control project timelines, budgets, and costs Plan and ensure timely availability of materials at site Maintain quality standards and ensure safety compliance Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management Identify and resolve site-related issues proactively

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong experience in interior project execution and site management Excellent leadership and team-handling abilities Good understanding of drawings, layouts, and BOQs Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills Effective communication and client-handling skills Working knowledge of MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage

Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Architecture

Experience:

5-10 years of relevant experience in interior projects Experience in commercial and residential interior projects preferred

Pay: ?80,159.07 - ?180,963.34 per month
