Job Title: Interior Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Interior Site Engineer to oversee and manage interior construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior design, construction methods, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Management: Oversee and manage interior construction projects, including site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.

- Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and services, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.

- Bill Management: Review and verify bills for accuracy, ensuring compliance with project specifications and budget.

- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and designers to ensure project requirements are met.

- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Experience: Min 8 years of experience in interior construction projects.

- Skills:

- Strong understanding of interior design principles and construction methods

- Excellent project management and coordination skills

- Proficiency in CAD software and other construction management tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Effective communication and teamwork skills

Desirable Qualifications:

- Certifications: Certification in interior design or construction management

- Software Knowledge: Proficiency in software such as Autodesk, Revit, Autocad or SketchUp

- Industry Experience: Experience working on commercial or residential interior construction projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹42,491.63 - ₹56,672.38 per month
